2. Build your website using 1 and 1 templates, instead of my own software. Why do it this way?

3. Because then I can show you how to make changes to your website without special software, and you can fire your webmaster (me). At this point your site is under your total control (of course I can help out when needed), and I do this for a one time web authoring fee only, unless you want me to do more work on it later, and my hourly rates will be reasonable. After that, all you pay is the monthly hosting fee directly to 1-and-1, taking full advantage of their great rates, and you never have to rely on a sleazy webmaster (like me) again.
